Position: Systems Engineer with Security Clearance
Overview Silver Edge is a premier provider of innovative cyber, software and intelligence solutions addressing everyday challenges to meet mission goals across the DOD and Intel Communities and beyond. We are seeking an Systems Engineer to provide customer support. The UX team collaborates with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable. The team researches and documents user workflows, designs intuitive front-end systems, creates mockups, engages with users for feedback, and works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools.

The team uses tools such as, Pen Pot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Required Qualifications
* Experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases
* Experience creating user interface design specifications through researching and documenting user requirements including profiles, frequent tasks, workflows, and user scenarios while working closely with application developers
* Experience directing/conducting usability testing
* Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, and Pen Pot
* 14 years with a Bachelor's in Computer Science (or related field) or 19 years without the degree.
* Polygraph Desired Qualifications Certifications related to Human Factors Engineering or Human Centered Computing are a plus.
