Strategic Analytix is looking for a skilled and experienced Risk Management Framework (RMF) Coordinator. This role will perform a wide range of risk management activities and manage information security, systems, and enclave risk across the organization. You will manage risks, risk mitigation plans and strategies, deadlines and progress across Technical Task Orders and leadership to ensure mission priorities are delivered within budget, with efficient performance and on time.

• Coordinate TTO tasks with customer organizations to implement RMF services
• Communicate with clients about expectations and goals
• Collaborate with Government Program Manager, leadership, and mission teams on risks
• Work with mission and Government PMs to identify risks to the organization, programs, and systems
• Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies with mission and Government PMs
• Coordinate risks, risk mitigation plans, and progress across teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Organize transition work with industry, leadership, Program Manager, and mission leaders
• Serve as RMF Coordinator Lead for risk management operations

• Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, or Program Management; or in lieu of a degree, an additional four years of experience
• Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP, CASP+, CE, CISM, CISSP or Associate, GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP)
• Skill Level 2:
  Eight (8) years in Risk Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management. One year with COTS risk management tools (e.g., Active Risk Manager), statistics, data collection, analysis, data presentation, and automated data management tools in a classified environment. Experience with Agile Scrum. Three (3) years in IA/IC or SIGINT context is desired.
• Skill Level 3:
  Fifteen (15) years in Risk Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management. Five (5) years with COTS risk management tools (e.g., AR M);
  Agile Scrum; five (5) years in IA/IC or SIGINT context is desired.
