Systems Administrator (Atlassian & Windows) with Security Clearance
The primary responsibility for this position will be managing and documenting our Atlassian environment to include Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Bitbucket, as well as related add‑on features. You will be proficient in managing front‑end applications and will track and implement updates and licensing. Additionally, you will assist the Lead with compliance, tracking and implementing security measures and monitoring agents. Your duties include user support for Windows desktop systems for both software and hardware issues.
KeyKnowledge and Skills
- Networking – Cisco switches and firewalls
- Net App (data storage)
- Rubrik (backup device)
- VMware
- Linux (administration)
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
- 10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in environments of similar complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or an additional 5 years of Systems Administrator experience in lieu of a degree
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (no SME required)
- Compliance expertise – experience aligning with security and regulatory standards
- Linux administration knowledge (nice to have)
- Mid‑Senior level
