SAIC is seeking a Cyber Persona Developer to support MARFORCYBER at their Ft Meade, MD location.

• Analyze individual elements of personality through the DISC or 5-factor Model methodology
• Build interpersonal communications/engagement plans
• Understand and utilize rapport-building strategies and techniques to created needs based relationships of trust
• Utilize persuasive communication techniques to influence conversations
• Maneuver effectively in social media to build credible online presence across social media platforms

• Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph dated within the last five years
• Direct experience with military information operations
• Joint Planning experience
• Must possess a broad knowledge of networking concepts, cyberspace operations, infrastructures and platforms

• Direct experience with the Cyber Mission Force
• Native Spanish speaker

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
