Global Dimensions is seeking Senior Disclosure Representatives for upcoming opportunities at Fort Meade, MD, near Columbia, MD. Senior Disclosure Representative prepares and processes foreign disclosure requests and provides recommendations to the Government in accordance with U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance.

Reviews various products for release, ensuring all sources have been identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied. Verifies sources against product content. The contractor will review finished intelligence products for compliance with U.S. national release policies, laws, and procedures for disclosure to foreign governments, international organizations, and coalition partners. Maintains archival records of disclosure requests and adjudications, responds to data requests, proposes disclosures or releases of information after technical and substantive reviews of information;

advises on foreign disclosure policy and procedures in accordance with the Foreign Disclosure program; and tracks and maintains records for decisions concerning disclosure.. Possesses comprehensive knowledge and experience in IC and DoD policies and procedures for determining the release ability of classified information. Requirements
* Current/Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

* Completed a DoD-approved Foreign Disclosure Officer Course.

* Possess at least two-years of full-time Foreign Disclosure Officer experience within DoD.

* Possess at least one year of experience using analytical research tools that include, but are not limited to;
Foreign Disclosure Management System (FDMS), Foreign Release, Exchanges, and Disclosure Database (FREDDY), Record Message Traffic (RMI), etc.

* Possess experience using various foreign disclosure request mechanisms (e.g., CIA's iShare, NSA's PULSE and FORREL, etc.) to facilitate the release of intelligence products.
