The Opportunity:

As a computer network operations ( CNO ) spe cia list, you know that embedded or application developers, reverse engineers, and vulnerability analysts all play key roles in the CNO capability development lifecycle. We're looking for someone like you to flex your problem-solving prowess in a rapidly evolving systems security research and development environment. As a senior CNO Capability Developer on our team, you'll support full project life cycles.

Guiding an agile team of professionals, you'll manage reverse engineering and vulnerability analyses of various sof tware problems. You'll inform operational parameters for complex systems, as well as leverage artifi cia l intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of your work. Using your network operations experience, you'll determine what the art of the possible is and what can be done-and then you'll bring it to life for your clients.

* 6+ years of experience with sof tware development using C or C++ and Python

* 5+ years of experience working in an Agile sof tware development and Dev Ops environment using Jira, Confluence, and Git Lab

* 3+ years of experience working with web technologies or protocols, including HTTP, TLS, and JSON

* Experience with the Linux Kernel

* Experience gathering requirements and designing and developing approaches for product security, resilient cryptographic solutions, and anti-forensic measures

* Experience using automation and virtualization to deploy, maintain, and sustain capabilities

* Experience with developing and executing strategies for countering or mitigating environmental challenges, security and policy constraints, and system or architecture limitations

* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

* HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have:
* 4+ years of experience with Assembly or Perl Script

* 3+ years of experience in computer engineering, computer science, electronic and electrical engineering, or applied mathematics

* 3+ years of experience in big data platforms, black box testing, cloud computing, disa ssembly, global telecommunications system architectures and protocols, protocol analysis, ICS or SCADA design and systems, sof tware debugging, streaming analytics, vulnerability management, or mitigation

* Experience with advanced sof tware development, analytic development, and Dev Ops techniques for malware variants, advancing crypt capabilities, and emerging unknown protocols

* Experience with indigenous and vendor proprietary protocols

* Experience in telecommunications operations, computer network operations, SIGINT collection operations, information security ( INFOSEC ) or information assurance, or research and development

* Experience in exploit development or malware reverse engineering

* Experience with Unix, Linux, RTOS, or Wind River Vx Works

* Bachelor's degree Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
