As a data architect on our team, you'll use your extensive technical expertise to lead the design of data architecture solutions for cloud computing, managed services, and service-oriented architectures. You'll resolve routine data architecture-related issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams, working with project staff to make decisions and recommendations on future data architecture development, and analyzing data architecture-related business needs.

* 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect

* Experience coding with Java or Python

* Experience working with agency departments, DoD-wide stakeholders, subcontractors, external vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal performance and uptime of mission-critical systems

* Knowledge of Git Hub or Git Lab with semantic version control, as well as IaC and infrastructure automation with Terraform or Ansible

* Knowledge of DoD networks and organizations

* Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops  methodologies and workflows to build pipelines, as well as containerized deployments and orchestration

* Secret clearance

* Bachelor's degree

* Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 9 months of start date Nice If You Have:
* Experience supporting Coalition or Mission partners and combatant commands during the planning and execution of operations and exercises

* Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines

* Experience with Java or Python

* Experience using Git Hub or Git Lab with semantic version control

* Experience in IaC and infrastructure automation with Terraform or Ansible

* Top Secret clearance Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
