Job Description SNS One Intelligence & Engineering division is seeking an All-Source Analyst to join our team in Fort Meade, MD in support of the U.S. Navy’s Fleet Cyber Command (FCC) / Commander 10 th FLEET (C10F).

Located in Fort Meade, MD - On Site

The candidate will provide direct support to FCC/C10F to provide situational awareness and intelligence analysis and production for numerous AORs. Candidate will conduct analysis and production using all source intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic and production support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility
• Minimum of 10 years of intelligence analysis and production experience
• Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and skills related to All-Source Analysis.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Able to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
• Able to collaborate and work with other Intelligence Community/FCC/C10F members and units on information analysis/production/sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Be able to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive intelligence analysis products.

Candidates will be expected to:

• Provide expertise and guidance in Assessment bureaus, boards, cells, centers, and working groups (B2C2WG
  s) within the Maritime Operations Center supporting FCC/C10F.
• Assist in providing evaluations, and judgements about the progress of FCC/C10F mission areas to include cyberspace operations, information operations, space operations, and electronic warfare
• Conduct research, create intelligence products, create intelligence estimate assessments, and conduct intelligence briefings on request.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and integrate complex data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments in his/her assigned subject matter and geographic area(s).
• Attend, participate in, and contribute to relevant conferences and other events.
• Maintain contact with counterparts in other intelligence organizations to keep abreast of current developments, to resolve problems to eliminate duplication, and to provide free flow of information on matters of intelligence interest.
• Identify intelligence gaps, recommend and submit collection requirements to fill gaps.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and research utilizing All Source intelligence tools, techniques, methodology and software.
• Deliver subject matter expertise to support the development of new processes, procedures, and technologies.
• Conduct all-source analysis and production to assess foreign military order of battle, organizational structure, unit disposition, and unit missions; and identify discrepancies with current data holdings and update/revise accordingly.
• Conduct all-source analysis and production to evaluate foreign military systems to include, but not limited to, air defense, coastal defense, medium- and long-range ballistic missiles and their associated platforms and targeting systems.
