The All-Source Analyst – General Support is a full-time, on-site role located at Fort George G. Meade, MD. This role is responsible for collecting, evaluating, and integrating information from multiple sources to produce clear, actionable analytical products that support mission requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing data analysis, preparing reports and briefings, and maintaining situational awareness across assigned areas of interest. The analyst will collaborate with technical and operational personnel, respond to information requests, and provide analytic support to ongoing initiatives and decision-making processes.

The position also involves documenting findings, refining analytic methods, and adhering to security, compliance, and quality standards.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Technical support and troubleshooting skills to assist with analytic tools, systems, and related technology environments.
• Customer support and customer service skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, understand requirements, and provide responsive assistance.
• Relevant experience in intelligence, defense, or federal environments is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort George G. Meade, MD and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and briefing preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Computer Science, Data Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with common analytic tools, databases, and information systems; prior experience with DoD or federal systems is an advantage.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance as required by the mission.
