Tharros has an immediate opportunity for an Acquisition Consultant to join our team. In this role you will provide acquisition support within a logistics office that manages and tracks procurement requirements and contracts. This position will support the procurement team—not a contracting office—by ensuring acquisition-related documentation, tracking, organization, and compliance activities are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Track current procurement requirements and contracts managed within the logistics office.
• Maintain accurate and organized acquisition records, files, documentation, and supporting materials.
• Monitor acquisition actions and documentation to ensure required steps, approvals, and supporting records are completed and properly documented.
• Conduct quality-control reviews of acquisition files for completeness, consistency, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation and coordinate with the appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintain tracking tools and status reports to provide visibility into requirements, procurement actions, contract status, and outstanding documentation.
