BCT LLC is seeking a Performance Data Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have a strong understanding of customer data compliance policy and smart data tagging. In this position, you will ensure mission management data sourced in reports adheres to data assurance and governance policies; complies with evolving access, retention and purge policies; and is as complete, accurate and compliant as possible.

• Proactively identify compliance issues and data tagging irregularities sourced in reports.
• Respond to internally- and externally-reported compliance issues found in reports.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Enable solutions to ensure data integrity and quality control of smart data tags in performance data.
• Document investigative solutions.
• Track and report remediation solutions, and work with external partners to fix identified issues.
• Validate and ensure accurate and compliant data is available to the Enterprise.

• Experience with ABACUS.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong deep troubleshooting and/or problem‑solving experience, especially with root cause analysis.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED plus twenty‑four (24) years of general systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering or related field plus (20) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree or PhD in a qualified engineering or related field plus (18) years of systems engineering experience.
