About the RoleThe APAC Growth Marketing Manager at Canary will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement, opportunities and growth across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
This role involves both strategizing and managing campaigns across different channels, including email marketing, paid digital,
event/trade show promotion
, and synthesizing campaigns with sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of performance marketing across all major channels.
Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms, ultimately becoming marketing lead for key regions in APAC.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
- Event Marketing & Sales
Collaboration: - Lead the pre, post and in-event communications for industry events, trade shows, and webinars across APAC.
- Analyze event performance and work closely with the regional sales team and event lead to maximize lead capture and conversion from event activities.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of outbound call campaigns and boost event visibility and engagement.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns APAC regions to drive engagement and demand, both for sales and marketing.
- Develop personalized email content and strategies tailored to individual APAC markets.
- Analyze email campaign metrics and leverage insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Digital Marketing:
- Create strategy on how to leverage various digital marketing opportunities, including Google Ads, Social Ads and local trade publications/regional partnerships across different geographies and languages in APAC.
- Integrate digital campaigns together with other channels, to ensure a consistent message and experience for customers and prospects.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies and decisions.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management based on campaign performance and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- English proficiency.
- Fluency in a second language common to the APAC region is a strong bonus.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience within growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing or a related role with a proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- B2B SaaS and start-up experience is a plus.
- Strong background creating growth campaigns in the APAC region or targeted regions within APAC.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing events for growth.
- Familiarity in leveraging marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads, You Tube Ads) and managing media purchases with third-party publications.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
