The NVE Quality Manager will be a certified QCM by the American Society for Quality or hold a QCM equivalent education (college degree in Engineering, EE, CE, MBA, etc.). The QCM shall have full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in this contract are met. The QCM must have at least two years of experience developing, implementing, and administering a Quality Control Program for facilities of at least 1,000,000 sq.
ft in size that are 24/7 mission critical and have completed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers governmental equivalent Construction Quality Management for Contractors and the OSHA 30‑hour construction safety class.
The NVE QCM shall be independent and not report to the PM. After normal working hours, the QCM or alternate shall be on call 24/7 and shall be available on‑site within one hour after the Government’s request.
