Health and Safety Officer – Fort Meade, MD

We are seeking an experienced, attentive, and knowledgeable Health and Safety Officer to establish a quality safety program for a DISA Base Operations and Support contract. A secret clearance and OSHA certification (or equivalent) are required.

You will create, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety programs.
Secret clearance is required
. We seek experience supporting the restoration, modernization, and sustainment of a 1,000,000+ square foot building.

Minimum qualifications:

• Secret clearance
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience preparing and enforcing safety programs for similar contracts
• OSHA 30-hour construction safety class (or equivalent) completed within the last five years
• At least 24 hours of annual safety training completed within the last five years
• High school degree or equivalent
