• Surveillance Support shall conduct analysis and make recommendations on surveillance topics to the Surveillance Commander and Operations Officer during real world operations and external training opportunities.
• Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
• Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities/activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies; contribute to developing CI strategies.
• Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs and related processes relevant to human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
• Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
• Capture analytical data by providing technical support as a non-operational team member to identify operational deficiencies and develop a plan and training program to correct noted deficiencies.
• Produce and deliver the comprehensive training program to Soldiers and Civilians assigned to units comprising surveillance.
• Build curricula to provide enhanced training in the functions of physical, aerial, and technical surveillance.
• Compile, analyze, report, and disseminate real-time intelligence data for surveillance and counter-surveillance operations worldwide in support of US Army ACIC counterespionage (CE), CT, and HUMINT operations.
• Maintain coordination with Team Leaders by providing technical support as a non-operational member and provide subject matter expertise during all phases of operations to employ tactics, techniques, procedures, and operational security measures in support of CI operations.

• Required qualifications/skills:
• Minimum education and years of experience:
• High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion in the last 2 years.
• Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion in the last 2 years.
• Master's Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion in the last 2 years.
• Must be a graduate of JCITA’s Discrete Physical Surveillance Course or DoD/IC equivalent.
• Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
