• Design, develop, and enhance sophisticated software systems.
• Lead teams and set technical direction while remaining hands-on with development.
• Analyze user requirements, design and debug software, and integrate new features into existing systems.
• Work with complex algorithms, large-scale data systems, and performance optimization.

• A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in at least one major programming language such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Strong experience in both Windows and UNIX development.
• Proficiency with Dev Ops tools and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with tools such as Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Jenkins, and Bamboo.
• Experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver under tight constraints.
• Familiarity with large-scale data systems and advanced algorithms.
