GS Consulting is conducting a search for a Cloud Software Engineer to help shape the future of Cyber Analytic development. Work as part of a team to discover, enhance, capture, and counter cyber activity. The ideal candidate will have cyber analytic development experience, but if you've got the right skills... we're interested in talking with you!

The proposed individual will have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related discipline and have experience working with software engineering teams.

The proposed individual must have the ability to obtain and maintain a background investigation.

Task leader or work independently creating and administering applications and data.

Responsibilities include:

• Create custom applications to retrieve and process data.
• Create custom applications to analyze and correlate data.
• Develop web based interfaces for users to retrieve and query data.
• Create and administer data structures and storage.
• Leverage knowledge and experience in computer network defense to identify valuable uses of data.
• Administer and configure Linux, CENTOS virtual machines in cloud, Open Stack architecture to host applications and store data.
• Collect and analyze network data.
