The Role Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance sophisticated software systems. In this role, you will take on leadership responsibilities, guiding teams and setting technical direction while also engaging in hands-on development. You will analyze user requirements, design and debug software, and integrate new features into existing systems. The position requires experience with complex algorithms, large-scale data systems, and performance optimization.

What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of software development experience. Expertise in at least one major programming language such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python. Strong experience in both Windows and UNIX development. Proficiency with Dev Ops tools and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with tools such as Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Jenkins, and Bamboo. Experience leading and mentoring software development teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver under tight constraints. Familiarity with large-scale data systems and advanced algorithms. Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs. Please note, you must have the required clearance for consideration;
