The Manager, Financial Systems will administer and enhance finance-based reporting and planning solutions within Oracle EPM cloud applications.

• Participate in the design, evaluation, testing, and implementation of system build, break fixes, enhancements, projects, and other system changes
• Assist and support all projects, development, and enhancements related to Oracle EPM applications
• Build Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, TM, NRCS, etc.) to support business operations, performance management, and reporting requirements
• Support dimension management, metadata design/maintenance, ETL development, and data validation processes
• Build and support Business Rules and Groovy scripts for EPBCS
• Build Oracle Reports/Smart View templates as required by the business and FP&A department
• Provide day-to-day administration, management, and support of Oracle EPM applications
• Support daily and monthly financial close processes, annual budget and periodic forecast

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent years of experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems with experience in financial reporting and/or accounting
• 4+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM applications
• Implemented at least three EPM applications (FCCS or EPBCS or both) end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Project management skills to work well under time constraints and effectively balance multiple concurrent demands while prioritizing responsibilities and workload
• Knowledge of SQL, OLAP, and data warehousing concepts
• Working knowledge of Groovy scripts in Oracle EPM landscape
• Experience and/or knowledge of the rental equipment industry is an advantage

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
