• Oversee logistics and service coordination for 150+ pieces of equipment at live events
• Serve as the primary on-site contact, managing labor crews and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Conduct site visits and advance assessments for event readiness
• Lead on-site safety protocols and daily operation meetings
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or logistical issues during events

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing on-site production for live events or similar
• Strong understanding of event logistics and site operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret site plans and production schedules
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules
• CPR/First Aid certification and OSHA 10 certification required

• Experience in the equipment rental industry
• Familiarity with Sunbelt systems
• Valid driver’s license and passport strongly encouraged
