If so, the VP, Growth Solution Strategist role in our Growth Strategy and Enablement organization could be for you.
This role sits in our Strategic Growth Solutions team, which focuses on designing and evolving the digital solutions that power advisor growth are looking for a product‑minded strategist who can shape the vision and roadmap for a portfolio of advisor‑facing solutions, connect the dots across a broader ecosystem, and work side‑by‑side with product and technology teams to bring that vision to life.
You will help turn LPL’s growth ambitions into tangible experiences, ensuring our solutions are clearly positioned, thoughtfully integrated, and consistently delivering value to advisors and to LPL.
- Lead the multi‑year strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of digital growth solutions that help financial advisors grow and run better businesses
- Define the role and positioning of each solution within the overall advisor growth journey, and how they should work together as an integrated experience
- Translate growth strategies, customer insights, and market trends into clear product direction, themes, and priorities for product and technology teams
- Use data, research, and experimentation to identify opportunities, size impact, and make thoughtful trade‑offs across the portfolio
- Collaborate closely with experience, program, and field‑facing teams to ensure new capabilities are practical, well‑adopted, and delivering measurable outcomes
- Establish and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, business impact) for key solutions and adjust the roadmap based on what you learn
- Sponsor pilots and test‑and‑learn initiatives, incorporating results into future releases and long‑term plans
- Serve as a visible champion for advisor growth solutions across the firm, aligning senior stakeholders on vision priorities and progress

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role, with significant exposure to digital products
- 4+ years’ experience owning strategy and roadmap for complex products or platforms from concept through launch and scale
- 4+ years’ experience in the wealth management industry with robust knowledge of how financial advisors grow their business
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across business, product, technology, and operations teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to connect data, customer insight, and business objectives into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
- Management Consulting experience
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other B2B environments where you’ve built tools or platforms for professionals
- Prior work on growth, customer experience, or digital transformation initiatives
- Comfort with experimental methods (e.g., pilots, A/B testing) and using them to inform product decisions
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus, but not required
