A well-established, independent wealth management firm with a strong legacy of client-first values is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support financial advisors and ensure an exceptional client experience. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.
A well-established, independent wealth management firm with a strong legacy of client-first values is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support financial advisors and ensure an exceptional client experience. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide support to assigned financial advisors
Answer phone calls, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
Monitor and complete all system notifications and task lists accurately and on time
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and performance reports
Assist with account openings, transfers, maintenance, and other client paperwork
Handle client service requests including money movement, online access, and account updates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and file systems
Support marketing efforts such as mailing campaigns, client events, and seminars
Ensure compliance with all internal policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations
Participate in additional projects or tasks as needed
High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in financial services
Familiarity with financial markets and investment concepts is a plus
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
FINRA Series 7 license or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe
