Carolina PRG is partnering with a boutique CPA firm that prides itself on strong client relationships, technical expertise, and forward-looking guidance. As a Tax Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and consulting support. This role involves managing client relationships, reviewing complex tax returns, uncovering planning opportunities, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all engagements.

• Work with high-net-worth clients, providing proactive tax planning and advisory services
• Enjoy a 4-day workweek from May through December, supporting work-life balance after busy season
• Play a key role in a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your leadership and expertise are recognized

• CPA license preferred
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly
• Leadership experience, including staff supervision and mentoring is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term interest in becoming a partner
