**** Position offers a starting salary range of $78,000 - $100,000 USD
** Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

** What You Drive at DTNA:
*** Analyze FOH and capital expenditures, investigate variances, and deliver monthly financial reports to business partners to support informed decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop FOH and capital targets during planning cycles (Business Plan, Estimated Actuals, Trend, Forecast)
* Perform quarterly provision analysis to determine reserves for discounts and concessions, ensuring accurate allocation aligned with sales forecasts and financial objectives
* Manage dealer and customer rebate programs by validating eligibility, reviewing qualifying units, and initiating payment requests in compliance with company policies.
* Support internal and external audit requests related to assigned areas
* Participate in strategic projects that advance DTNA business goals and operational efficiency
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation
* Ad hoc analysis to support the Sales Controlling team
* Promote and uphold Culture and Belonging principles in all team interactions and decision-making process
** Knowledge You Should Bring:
*** Bachelor’s degree with focus in accounting/finance or related field and 1-2 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
* Ability to prepare and interpret variance reports to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
* Experience in consolidation of FOH reports.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Present the financial story to senior executives.
* Ability to organize and meet multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment with focus on attention to detail.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Self-Motivated to perform at the highest level and produce the best deliverables.
