• Location: 7580 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, South Carolina (with travel to Fort Lawn)
• Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week)
• Salary: $77,000 to $100,000 / Year (compensation based on experience)
• Sign-on Bonus: up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available
• Schedule: Part-time within pelvic health with travel to Fort Lawn

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the State of North Carolina required
• CPR and first‑aid certification required
