Join Behavioral Framework as a home‑based Behavior Technician focused on improving the lives of children with autism. We provide free RBT training, fully equipped sessions, and growth opportunities in a dedicated, client‑centered environment.
OverviewProvide direct client care, support families, and implement behavior protocols in a home setting. This role requires empathy, flexibility, and a commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities and Duties- Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
- Write progress notes and maintain program books.
- Actively participate in treatment implementation and parent training.
- Utilize safe and appropriate handling, management, and guidance procedures.
- Provide direct client care following prescribed behavioral protocols and programs.
- Proficient in fine and gross motor skills; ability to hand‑over hand‑prompt motor skills without restriction.
- Full range of motion to provide physical support to clients.
- Ability to physically write progress notes with assistance from a supervisor.
- Perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities (standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling).
- Hold/transport clients in the course of behavioral management.
- Receive detailed information through oral communication.
- Have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
- Be physically present at the assigned job site.
- Willing to silence phone during sessions and attend to clients for at least 4 hours per day without distractions.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation (car, not bus or Uber).
- Rate varies based on experience – starting $20–$23 per hour DOE.
- RBT credentialed staff offered a higher rate if the RBT is in good standing.
$20–$23 per hour, starting hourly rate DOE.
