Onsite Property Attendant
Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Attendant to work on-site at Wood Spring Suites in Fort Mill, SC. The successful candidate will provide flexible, rotating support across a range of hotel functions, ensuring the property is safe, clean, and ready for guests day and night.
About the RoleThis full‑time position supports housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. The Property Attendant will assist with preventative maintenance, public area cleaning, room prep for housekeeping, laundry assistance, and overnight take‑call duties.
Primary Duties- Manage and complete work orders in a timely manner, including light maintenance such as carpet shampooing, floor cleaning, electrical fixes, plumbing assistance, and general preventative upkeep.
- Maintain and reorder inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
- Prepare rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, and addressing maintenance issues.
- Assist with guest check‑in/out during after‑hours and provide outstanding customer service.
- Remain on‑call overnight to respond to guest needs and emergencies.
- Follow all property emergency procedures and ensure guest safety.
- Award any additional duties as assigned.
- Hourly Rate: 17.00 – 19.00 (based on experience).

- Climb stairs and ladders repetitively.
- Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
