We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data governance, quality assurance, and documentation for supervisory platforms and data migration initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening enterprise data alignment, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insights that support effective decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data documentation, UAT, SQL-based validation, and cross-functional collaboration within complex or regulated environments.

• Develop and maintain data flow diagrams (DFDs), data scope definitions, and data contracts for supervisory systems and migration initiatives
• Create, review, and validate source-to-target mappings to ensure alignment with enterprise data standards

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data mappings, transformations, and control models
• Design and execute test plans and data quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
• Document test results, defects, and remediation actions

• Investigate data issues, risks, and reporting gaps in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Support implementation and enhancement of supervisory data models aligned with the product roadmap
• Develop and validate reports and dashboards using BI tools

• Work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements and align deliverables
• Support business-as-usual (BAU) controls and ongoing system enhancements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data integrity and governance processes

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality/UAT, or data governance
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Oracle) for data profiling and validation
• Hands-on experience with ETL and data integration tools (Informatica, SSIS, Alteryx)
• Experience working with AWS, Snowflake, and data pipeline transformations
• Working knowledge of Python for data transformation and quality checks
• Experience developing or validating dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools
• Proven experience writing UAT scripts, executing test plans, and tracking defects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
