Agile Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within an Agile environment. This role requires experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and hands‑on experience with Jira and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.

• Drive end‑to‑end project delivery using Agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Utilize Jira for tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
• Oversee infrastructure‑related initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

• Project Management – Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Agile Expertise – Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices.
• Jira – Hands‑on experience with Jira for project tracking and reporting.
• Infrastructure Knowledge – Familiarity with infrastructure projects and dependencies.

• Strong personality and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Contract – Fort Mill, SC.

Pay range: $60.00 – $72.00/hr.
