Enterprise IAM Architect

Infosys is seeking an Enterprise IAM Architect to play a technical leadership role in the setup, support, enhancements, and application integration/migration of SailPoint Identity IQ & Identity Now (7.x, 8.x) systems in environments. The IDAM Lead will ensure platform stability, high availability, and compliance requirements are met while driving innovation in IAM governance.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and improvements in IAM governance processes.
• Define and communicate the strategic direction for IAM initiatives across the organization.
• Serve as a technical expert across multiple products and provide direction to development and implementation teams.
• Lead product evaluation initiatives for key capabilities such as Authentication, Identity Governance, Dynamic Authorization, Multi‑factor Authentication, etc.
• Provide technical leadership in support of key IAM initiatives.
• Establish and maintain subject matter expertise across the entire IAM domain including cloud‑based applications and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IAM and Cybersecurity.
• Drive adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in IAM.

• Located within commuting distance of Fort Mill, SC or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education considered.
• Minimum of 7 years in Information Technology and 5 years in a technical leadership role focused on Identity and Access Management.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Forge Rock, Ping, AD/Azure, Cyber Ark, Microsoft Entra.
• Mastery of IAM capabilities including authentication, authorization, Active Directory, IGA, MFA, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, privilege access, AWS, etc.
• Clear understanding and working knowledge of IAM regulatory standards such as NIST, FINRA, NYDFS.
• Experience with software development methodology and large‑scale system implementations and deployments.
• Deep understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with application owners, IT operations, and Dev Ops teams in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

• Experience with SailPoint, Forge Rock IAM, Forge Rock Auth, and Cyber Ark PAM.
• AWS & IaC builds using Packer and Terraform scripts for AWS infrastructure.
• RBAC & ABAC concepts.
• Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and Directories (LDAP, AD).
• Troubleshooting experience of SSO, SAML, OpenID, OAUTH, ADFS AD Connect issues.
• Exceptional planning, project management, coordination, and analytical skills.
