Incedo is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with Data Analyst expertise to support Wealth Management technology initiatives. This role combines Agile leadership with data-driven insights to enable high-performing teams and informed business decision-making within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams supporting Wealth Management platforms
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives - Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
- Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity) and ensure delivery commitments
- Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile governance and standards
- Analyze business and operational data to support Wealth Management initiatives
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sprint metrics, and business performance
- Translate business requirements into data insights and actionable recommendations
- Work with large datasets from financial systems and advisory platforms
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Support ad-hoc analysis for leadership and product teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst or in data-driven roles
- Prior experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and reporting tools
- Knowledge of investment products, brokerage systems, and advisory workflows
Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments.
