Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IAM Onshore Architect to lead identity and access management strategy, architecture, and governance initiatives. The role involves driving IGA programs, designing access lifecycle processes, leading IAM integrations, and partnering with stakeholders to support IAM transformation and modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives.
- Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs and enhancements.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define IAM requirements and roadmaps.
- Design and govern Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and lifecycle management.
- Lead application onboarding and integration into IAM platforms.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide IAM best-practice guidance.
- Support IAM modernization and transformation programs.
- Collaborate with leadership and technology teams on IAM initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant IAM experience.
- Strong expertise in SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt, or similar IGA platforms.
- Deep understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access concepts.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra (Azure AD), and LDAP.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience leading architecture discussions and solution design workshops.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services industry experience.
- Experience supporting large IAM transformation programs.
- Relevant IAM or security certifications.
