A leading financial services organization is seeking a senior transactional attorney to support product, platform, and commercial initiatives within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

• Draft and negotiate selling, sponsorship, and platform agreements related to traded financial products
• Provide legal guidance on securities regulations in transactional and product-driven contexts
• Partner with product and business teams on new initiatives, including M&A-related activity
• Support commercial contracting processes with a focus on risk allocation and data security
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders across the organization

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or a related law firm environment
• Strong background in commercial and product-related contract negotiation
• Familiarity with broker-dealer and investment adviser regulatory frameworks
• Active state bar admission
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving business environment
