Estate & Trust Administration Attorney
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Oversee estate and trust administration matters, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and mentor paralegals and other team members, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and referral sources to support ongoing business growth.
- Enhance and streamline internal processes to promote efficiency and consistency across the team.
- Licensed attorney in South Carolina (North Carolina or other neighboring state license a plus).
- 5–10 years practicing law, with at least 3 years of direct experience in estate and trust administration.
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with legal or case management software preferred.
- Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and maintain a supportive team atmosphere.
- Relocation Assistance if Licensed in SC!
