Project Manager Landscape Installation

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead landscape crews on grading, planting and hardscape installations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality project execution through the usage of internal crews and subcontractors.

• Manage daily field operations and crew assignments
• Purchase and schedule materials, equipment, permits and safety requirements
• Provide on-site leadership throughout project phases
• Oversee subcontractors and implement change orders
• Maintain budgets and track job costs using Aspire software
• Communicate directly with clients throughout each project
• Coordinate fleet service and equipment maintenance with onsite mechanic
• Organize shop, yard and inventory to keep teams running efficiently
• Hire, train and coach new team members
• Track employee time, review GPS logs and update schedules regularly

• Proven experience managing field teams in landscape or construction setting
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using landscape project management software (Aspire preferred)
• Clear, professional communicator with clients and crews
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and team-focused with a growth mindset
• Valid Driver’s License

• $70-75k Base Salary plus up to $20k performance Bonus
