Responsible for receiving materials from vendors, putting away, labeling and stocking material. Maintain a clean and organized environment while preparing products according to order styles. Operate basic production equipment, cut and handle vinyl, package finished products, and meet quality and productivity standards.

• Operate production equipment used for cutting, rolling, laminating, or preparing vinyl materials.
• Measure, cut, and inspect vinyl products according to work orders and specifications.
• Load and unload vinyl rolls and finished goods safely.
• Package, label, and prepare vinyl products for shipping or storage.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Follow all safety procedures and handle tools and materials properly.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, staging, and organizing materials.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Take direction from the Group Leader.
• Fill out non‑production sheets.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred (vinyl or manufacturing experience is a plus).
• Ability to read measurements and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Time management and reliability.
• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
• Knowledge of measurements and measurement notations.
• Basic knowledge of tools.

• Ability to lift a 50 lb item.
• Warehouse setting with exposure to vinyl materials and production equipment.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
