Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis

• Provide supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated

• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care

• Ensure competency of clinical staff under supervision

• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care

• Work at unit level providing comprehensive critical care nursing services

• Maintain accountability for all aspects of patient care delivery during assigned shifts
