Nursing Director; RN; LDRP Unit

• Provide leadership and operational support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing nursing and patient care services.
• Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice across multiple units.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care throughout assigned areas.
• Maintain accountability for 24/7 oversight and performance of assigned departments.
• Promote clinical staff competency and effective resource management to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Performs related duties as required.

• Education:
  
  Associate degree from accredited nursing school with a bachelor degree in a health care related field or a BSN.
• Experience:
  
  Two (2) years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full time charge nurse/related position

• Education:
  
  MSN or Master's in a health care related field.
• Licensure/Certification: RN License
