Landscaping Maintenance Driver

Position:Crew Driver

Description:
As a Crew Driver at Southern

EEZ Landscaping, you will be responsible for driving landscape maintenance vehicles to transport tools, equipment, and team members to and from work sites. In addition to driving, the role requires performing various lawn maintenance tasks to ensure our clients’ properties are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves physical labor, working outdoors, and collaborating with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate vehicles
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing
• Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
• Assist with landscape tasks such as mulching, and annual flower planting as needed
• Operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment and tools
• Ensure job sites are clean and presentable
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation

Job Type:Full-time

Pay:$20-22 per hour

Schedule/Location:

• Monday-Friday
• 10-hour shifts, 40-45 hours per week
• Our office in Fort Mill, SC
