Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing ISO 9001-compliant quality systems, performing inspections, analyzing data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production processes. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering, problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with
  
  ISO 9001 or relevant standards.
• Quality Control Testing:
  
  Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Data Collection and Analysis:
  
  Gather and interpret quality-related data to identify trends, defects, and areas of improvement.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of inspection results, process changes, and quality control actions. Help document procedures, work instructions, and inspection protocols.
• Compliance Support:
  Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  
  Maintain calibration records and ensure tools are within tolerance. Participate in internal audits and assist with external quality audits.
• Problem Solving:
  Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues or defects. Support root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Continuous Improvement:
  Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve quality and efficiency in manufacturing and production processes.
• Reporting:
  Generate and present quality-related reports to senior engineer and management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience
