Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Customer Quality Engineer role in Fort Mill. SC

- Serve as the primary customer-facing quality representative, ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Lead customer communications related to quality concerns, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and resolve customer quality complaints, coordinating internal resources to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support ongoing customer audits, meetings, and site visits—travel may be required up to (but not limited to) 30% depending on customer needs.
- Analyze customer performance metrics, trends, and data to identify quality improvements and opportunities for growth.
- Partner closely with internal manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to support production readiness, product launches, and ongoing quality management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to reinforce trust and partnership.
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and customer feedback loops are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs, leveraging CQE or Green Belt methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Quality, Customer Experience, CX, or CEX roles within a similar industry and product line
. - 1+ years of leadership experience (team lead, project lead, supervisor, or equivalent).
- Experience in a heavy automation, fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong customer-facing experience with proven success managing quality concerns and building strong client relationships.
- CQE certification preferred
. If not held, a Green Belt is required. - Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to (but not limited to) 30% depending on customer requirements.
- $80,000 – $105,000 annual salary
, based on experience. - 10% annual bonus eligibility.
