• Graduate from Dream Team Agent Launch
• Execute Dream Team lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients using Dream Team technology
• Comply with the laws, rules, regulations, and conditions governing Real Estate Agents in the State of North Carolina, South Carolina, the Local/Regional Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

• Technologically savvy:
  All team members must be technologically savvy and willing to learn new programs. Proficiency in the following platforms are preferred:
  Google suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.), Brivity or prior experience in a CRM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
• Self‑accountable:
  Taking full ownership over your actions and results.
• Area expertise: A sense of direction, familiarity with towns and communities, loves statistics, etc.
• Self‑motivated and accountable, high level of integrity.
• Team player:
