This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA and is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Job OverviewShift Manager. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The role provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. This includes planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition.
