This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA and is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.

Shift Manager. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The role provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. This includes planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older and a positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment is essential.
