This Inside Sales Representative role is a blend of inbound and outbound sales. You'll spend part of your day helping residential and commercial customers who contact us, and part of your time prospecting outbound to commercial accounts in the Charlotte, NC area.

• Answering inbound calls, emails, and texts from prospective residential and commercial clients
• Making outbound prospecting calls to commercial accounts in the Charlotte market
• Educating customers on Noosa Pest Management's services and solutions
• Scheduling service appointments using our online scheduling software
• Working closely with our Pest Management Professionals and Client Services team
• Delivering top-notch customer service on every interaction
• Bringing a positive attitude and sense of fun to the workday-this is essential to our culture

• Excellent, professional phone communication skills
• Previous inside sales experience strongly preferred
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A true team player who can multitask and problem-solve effectively
• High dependability with a strong sense of integrity

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Pay: 20 - 22 per hour (based on experience)
