Overview

We are seeking a VP, Principal Software Developer to join our Investor Experience Technology organization, delivering solutions for advisors and institutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with payments domain knowledge to architect and implement innovative, scalable solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS with a focus on resiliency and scalability.
  • Lead full-stack development initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
  • Drive architectural decisions and establish best practices for development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of complex initiatives.
Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong payments domain expertise (ACH, wires, checks, RTP, Fed Now).
  • 5+ years in Tech Lead or Solution Architect roles designing complex systems.
  • 10+ years of full‑stack development experience, including microservices and REST APIs.
  • Expertise in .NET, Angular, JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, and AWS.
Core Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving and debugging capabilities.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in dynamic environments.
Pay Range

$155,288–$258,813 per year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
