Forklift Operator II - to Pallet - W​/E

The Pick to Pallet Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift to retrieve, move, and stage pallets throughout the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient shipping processes.

As a Pick to Pallet Forklift Operator, you'll be part of our Fort Mill team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:

• Operate a forklift to pick and transport pallets to designated shipping docks or staging areas.
• Match pallet labels with the correct SKU and verify orders using scanners (SKU, LPN, UPC, and location codes).
• Retrieve pallets from various warehouse locations as required for shipping.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records as needed.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• General knowledge of warehouse or distribution center layout preferred.
• Experience with RDT (Radio Data Transmitter) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 33 pounds independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
