Responsibilities- Provides mental health treatment services to clients of all ages, with a variety of mental health needs.
- Completes assessments and diagnoses clients.
- Develops and modifies treatment plans in order to support the client through the treatment process, as mandated by Kentucky Medicaid and Kentucky state regulations.
- Collaborates with other team members to ensure best practices in treatment.
- Completes documents in a timely manner, as indicated by Kentucky Medicaid and Kentucky state regulations.
- Documents sessions via progress notes.
- Remains ready and available to work during regular business hours and outside of regular business hours, if necessary, to accommodate patient needs and schedules.
- Delivers services, timely, and achieves targets, according to agreed-upon volume and billable hours requirements, as established by the Regional Vice President.
- Adheres to Cultivate policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a MS degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Must possess an active license to practice counseling or social work in the State of Kentucky: LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMFT Associate.
