• Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems.
• Inspect dryer vent systems to identify and diagnose issues.
• Recommend solutions and educate customers on services that can improve safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Provide exceptional customer communication and service.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
• Continuously improve your skills through training and learning.
• Comfortable rerouting dryer vent systems to meet code requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using tools and working with your hands.
• Mechanical aptitude (HVAC experience a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, roofs, and attics.
• Comfortable using tablet‑based technology for documentation.
