- Current AZ RN License.
- Associates Degree in Nursing, required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 45 days of hire.
- Handle With Care certification within 30 days of hire.
