As a Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical
, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and established standards of practice. This role emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and delivering compassionate care to patients.
- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions.
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Night shifts, 12 hours each.
- Licensure: Active RN license in Arizona or compact state.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Medical/Surgical or acute care setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical/Surgical or acute care setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing (CMSRN).
- Experience in an all-private bed hospital or similar care environment.
